Yields1 Serving
Prep Time15 minsCook Time1 hr 30 minsTotal Time1 hr 45 mins
Wet Stuff
 ½ cup Milk
 ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
Fats/Semi-Wet
 2 Eggs
½ cup Butter (or butter substitute)
 3 Mashed Ripe Large Bananas
Dry Stuff
 2 cups Bread Flour
 ¾ cup Sugar
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Cinnamon (Optional)
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Baking Soda
Fruits/Nuts
1 cup Pecans/Walnuts/Chocolate Chips (whichever you prefer, optional)
1

Setup your bread machine and add ingredients into the bread pan starting with liquids, then fats, then dry ingredients.

2

Add your fruits/nuts/chocolate chips to the fruit dispenser on your machine if desired. If your bread machine does not have a fruit/nut dispenser, check your manual for the appropriate time to add to the mix. This is typically ~10 minutes into the kneading cycle when the machine beeps.

3

Bake the bread using the "No Yeast" setting. Since there is no yeast in the recipe there is no need to wait for the yeast to rise, and the entire baking process should only take about 90 minutes.

4

Once finished, remove the loaf from the bread pan and allow to cool for ~20 minutes. Enjoy with butter, honey, peanut butter, or just on its own!
