This cinnamon pumpkin pecan bread is amazing for dessert or breakfast. Smear your favorite jam, butter, or nut spread on it and you've got a delightful treat for the holidays or any day!

The great thing about this recipe is you can really play with the levels of spices and sugar to get whatever kind of result you're after. The ingredients shared below make a relatively mild loaf that could go with honey-glazed ham or jelly equally well. If you want something sweeter, don't be afraid to up the levels of sugar and cinnamon.
Set up your bread machine and add in the milk and vanilla extract.
Next, add in your egg, butter, and pumpkin puree.
Now add your dry items. This includes the bread flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
Finally, top your mixture off with your active dry yeast or bread machine yeast.
If you're going to be adding pecans (or another fruit/nut), go ahead and load them into your fruit/nut dispenser or toss them into the bread machine at the proper time as indicated to you by your bread machine manual.
Bake on the standard white bread settings for a 2 lb loaf. It should bake for roughly 3 hours total.
Once finished, remove the loaf from the bread pan and allow to cool on a baking tray for ~20-30 minutes (if you can wait!)
