You can't own a bread machine and not make a basic white loaf once in a while! It's the perfect sandwich bread for weekly lunches that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Setup your bread machine and add all ingredients into the bread pan starting with liquids, then fats, then dry ingredients. Be sure to dig a little hole into the middle of your flour mound and pour the yeast into it as it helps activate the yeast during the initial rest.
Bake the bread using the basic/regular bread method. Alternatively, if you're using instant yeast, you can use the quick method if your machine has that feature.
Once finished, remove the loaf from the bread pan and allow to cool for at least ~20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy as thick cut french toast or basic sandwich bread!
